This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Selrad ("we," "our," or "us") processes refund requests for our full-stack development seminars and educational services. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Refund Eligibility

Seminar Enrollments

Refund requests for seminar enrollments are subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days before the seminar start date are eligible for a full refund
  • Requests submitted between 7 and 14 days before the seminar start date are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Requests submitted less than 7 days before the seminar start date are not eligible for refunds
  • No refunds are available once the seminar has commenced or after access credentials have been provided

Digital Learning Materials

Due to the nature of digital content, the following applies:

  • Refunds for downloadable materials are available within 48 hours of purchase if no downloads have occurred
  • Once materials have been accessed or downloaded, they are non-refundable
  • Streaming content access becomes non-refundable once viewing has begun

Subscription Services

For recurring subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
  • Partial month refunds are not provided
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of initial purchase if less than 10% of content has been accessed

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds under any conditions:

  • Promotional or discounted enrollments marked as "non-refundable" at time of purchase
  • Services already rendered or completed
  • Custom or personalized learning paths after preparation has begun
  • Certification fees or examination costs
  • Processing or administrative fees
  • Third-party services or tools purchased through our platform

Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

Platform Accessibility

If you experience technical difficulties accessing our platform or content:

  • We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
  • If resolution is not possible, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion
  • Temporary outages or maintenance periods do not qualify for refunds

Content Quality Issues

If seminar content contains significant errors or does not match the description:

  • Report issues within 7 days of seminar start date
  • Provide specific details about discrepancies
  • We will investigate and may offer correction, replacement, or refund

Refund Request Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, contact information, and order number
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any supporting documentation if applicable
  5. Submit your request within the applicable timeframe outlined above

Processing Timeline

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
  • Review and decision will be completed within 7 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may require an additional 5-10 business days

Special Circumstances

Medical or Emergency Situations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise:

  • Medical emergencies may warrant exceptions to standard refund timelines
  • Documentation may be required to verify the situation
  • Credit toward future seminars may be offered as an alternative
  • Each case will be reviewed individually with compassion and fairness

Transfer Options

Instead of a refund, you may be eligible to:

  • Transfer your enrollment to another seminar of equal value
  • Transfer your enrollment to another person with advance notice
  • Defer your enrollment to a future date subject to availability
  • Convert to account credit valid for 12 months

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service was partially delivered before cancellation
  • Refund request falls within a reduced refund eligibility window
  • Account credit has already been utilized
  • Administrative fees or non-refundable components are deducted

Partial refund amounts will be calculated proportionally based on services used or time elapsed since purchase.


Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of account access
  • We will respond to legitimate disputes with relevant transaction documentation
  • Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in permanent account termination
  • Additional administrative fees may apply to contested chargebacks

Modifications to Services

Seminar Changes

If we make significant changes to a seminar you have enrolled in:

  • You will be notified at least 7 days in advance when possible
  • Changes include date modifications, instructor changes, or format adjustments
  • You may request a full refund if changes are unacceptable
  • Alternative seminar options may be offered

Cancellation by Selrad

If we cancel a seminar or service:

  • You will receive a full refund of all amounts paid
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Alternative enrollment options will be provided when available
  • We are not liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred

Group Enrollments and Corporate Accounts

Special terms apply to bulk purchases:

  • Group enrollment refunds must be requested by the primary account holder
  • Individual participant withdrawals may not qualify for refunds
  • Corporate agreements may have customized refund terms outlined in contracts
  • Volume discount purchases may be subject to different refund calculations

Currency and Payment Method

Regarding refund payments:

  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations are not compensated
  • Refunds return to the original payment method only
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be discussed
  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable

Account Credits

When account credit is issued instead of a monetary refund:

  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
  • Credits may be applied to any future seminar or service
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Expired credits cannot be reinstated or converted to cash
  • Credit balances can be viewed in your account dashboard

Limitations and Disclaimers

Please note the following limitations:

  • Refunds do not include opportunity costs or lost time
  • We are not responsible for changes in personal circumstances
  • Internet connectivity issues on the user side do not qualify for refunds
  • Incompatibility with user devices must be verified before purchase
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with content style or teaching methods is not grounds for refund after the applicable window has closed
